Our team has been working tirelessly over the last 6 weeks to bring this sad repossessed rental property back to life.
We were tasked with completely gutting the property with the exception of the bathroom and this included stripping all the wallpaper. Once stripped the team set about extensive repairs to the walls and floors before redecorating in a quality durable paint designed to reduce the future frequency of redecoration as well as resist scuffing.
We also had to supply and install new A rated Patio doors with toughened safety glass, over 50 sqm of laminate and underlay a new kitchen and tiling as well as new bath panel etc. The project took six weeks and now we are pleased to hand this back to the landlord in a fresh , liveable and desirable condition.
All carpets were also replaced along with underlay . Our team are able to handle most void property requirements as well as the smaller day to day jobs that need attention in rental properties.
